At the 12 December 2020 meeting (held jointly with the George Washington Chapter of Alexandria, VA), several awards were presented to deserving compatriots and their spouses based on activities during the year.  The program featured guest speaker Bill Schwetke, the President of the Virginia (VA) Society of the Sons of the American Revolution (VASSAR), who talked about the bravery of men at the Battle of Great Bridge.  New George Mason Chapter officers were installed.
